Real support, for anyone who needs it.

Have you ever felt like enough is enough, but you didn't know where to go?
I have. That's exactly why I built this.
My name is Jeremy. Four years ago I was drinking heavily and heading somewhere I didn't want to go. Getting out of it wasn't one big moment — it was a combination of things. Stepping away from the wrong people and places. Finding a GP who actually listened. And slowly figuring out what kept me on track day by day.
What I never had was one place to come back to when things got hard. So when the urge crept in on a random Tuesday, or when I was bored and the old scene started calling — there was nothing to reach for. That gap is where a lot of people fall back in. I know, because I did too.
Still Standing Co is that place.
It's not here to replace anything. If you're going to AA, keep going. If you're talking to your GP, keep going. If you're seeing a psychiatrist, keep going. This isn't a replacement for any of that — and it never will be.
It's the filler. The thing you refer to when times get tough. A free tool to help you stay positive and keep going, day by day. Something in your corner between the hard moments — because that's what was missing when I needed it most.
Not everyone can afford professional support. Not everyone is ready for it. This is for the people who are somewhere in the middle, trying to hold it together and just needing something to hold onto.
In the early days, the hardest part wasn't what people expected. It was the everyday stuff — being around friends at a barbecue, family at Christmas, anyone having a good time the way I used to. I had to take it step by step, even asking the people closest to me to help me change what was around me at home.
I'm in a different place now. I can be around all of it and feel fine. But I didn't get here in a day. I got here one day at a time.
