By using the Still Standing Co website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our services

Still Standing Co provides peer support services for people who are struggling with alcohol or related challenges. Our services are delivered by people with lived experience and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical treatment.

We are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or emergency services on 000.

Purchasing and payments

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of purchase
You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase

Refund policy

Intro Session: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
30-Day Program: Prorated refund if you cancel within the first 7 days. No refund after 7 days.
Monthly Membership: Cancel anytime. No refund for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

Still Standing Co is a peer support service. We do not accept liability for outcomes resulting from the use of our services. By purchasing, you acknowledge that our services are not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care.
